e-PRODAT aims to encourage the development and exchange of knowledge and experience among agencies and other public bodies regarding the protection of personal data used by governments and public administrations in the provision of public services, especially when linked to e-government or provided via the Internet, and to draw up recommendations for best practices in this field.
